This Privacy Policy explains how Joanny Consulting LLC (“Joanny Consulting,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with this website and our consulting services.

Mobile information and text messaging. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt‑in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent data with third parties or lead generators under any circumstances.

Information we collect

Information you give us. Name, email address, company name, mobile phone number (if you choose to provide it), and the contents of any message you send through our contact form or by email.
Consent records. If you opt in to receive text messages, we record that you consented, the date and time, and the method of consent.
Client engagement information. Information provided to us by clients in the course of an engagement, handled under the confidentiality terms of the applicable engagement agreement.
Basic technical data. Our hosting provider records standard server log information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, for security and reliability purposes.

This website does not use advertising cookies or third‑party advertising trackers.

How we use information

To respond to inquiries and to communicate about a prospective or active engagement.
To deliver the consulting and development services a client has engaged us to perform.
To send text messages to individuals who have expressly opted in, for the purposes described in our Messaging Terms.
To meet legal, tax, and contractual obligations.

We do not use personal information for automated decision‑making, and we do not sell personal information.

How information is shared

We share personal information only in these limited situations:

Service providers. Vendors that operate our website, email, and communications infrastructure, acting on our instructions and bound by confidentiality obligations. As stated above, mobile numbers and SMS consent data are never shared for marketing or promotional purposes, and are never shared with lead generators.
Legal requirements. Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or other valid legal process.

Retention

We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected and to meet legal and contractual obligations, and we delete or anonymize them when that period ends.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted transport (HTTPS) for this website and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Text messages. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving text messages. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also email us to be removed.
Email. You may ask us to stop contacting you at any time.
Access, correction, and deletion. California residents and others may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about them, and may ask us to confirm what we have collected. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

Our services are directed to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
